I went in PIH Emergency room December 17th, 2017. I woke up in March 2018. I was alive for one reason....Dr Anderson used a special technique to save my life by wrapping my pancreas in a vacuum to take excess production to keep from eating all my insides. Also, Sue (pain management administrator) she also was very caring and sympathetic. All the nurses and staff were so pleasant and patient! Especially when I woke up and thought everyone was trying to kill me. I guess that happens sometimes when waking up from coma. I truly am so grateful for PIH for saving my life!
