I am speaking as a Patient, Registered Nurse Anestistest with a Masters's Degree in In Hospital Administration. Dr. Ho was referred to me by my Cardiologist Dr. Ivento in Santa Barbara, I was reticent having to drive from Ojai leaving at 3:30 AM to you facility, once arrived I was very much impressed from admission to pre-op, I am very critical when it comes to how the staff treats patients who in most part vulnerable, the entire staff I encountered was Professional, Courteous, and genuinely caring. Dr. Ho in my 40 plus years in the medical field I rarely have encountered someone with his academic background, skill, professionalism, and courtesy, the same can be said about Dr. Joyce Shin, I can not praise her enough, her anesthesia is the best I have ever witnessed, she must be commended for her excellence and courtesy PLEASE convey this to her, in short I could not be more pleased with Good Samaritan , Many Thanks again, Peter DiCapua CRNA
